My name is Zach Duncan. I am a student at Edison High School in the CIBACS business program. CIBACS stands for Center for International Business and Communication Studies. I also played in the soccer program at Edison, and I am the Vice President of the Astronomy Club. I enjoy spending my free time surfing, skating, skiing, exercising, and being with family and friends. I have previously worked as a surf instructor at Banzai Surf School and as a gelato scooper at Gelateria Zomolo in Pacific City. In the summer of 2022, I became a lifeguard for Huntington State Beach, and I plan to continue working as a lifeguard for many summers to come. I am a hardworking and intelligent individual who strives for the best results in everything I do. After years of hard work, I am proud to be furthering my education at the University of Miami in the fall of 2023.

Mission Statement
My goal is to prove myself inside and outside of school, both intellectually and athletically. While working to improve my own abilities throughout my time in high school, I hope to have a positive impact on those around me every day. Along the way, I want to make life-long friendships and enjoy myself, while also finding time to get my first jobs and learn important life skills.
